I think the idea of giving 5 corers to the Member of Parliaments(MPs) directly for assisting various regional public and social work is a great initiative. It would be a direct investment from the state to the MPs to public.As right now due to lack of proper mechanism most of the development work budget gets freezed or corrupted due to lengthy procedural administrative work and most of the times...
